Reciprocity for L-functions twisted by Dirichlet characters
A phenomenon in which a moment of L-functions is related to a dual moment in a way that swaps the roles of certain key parameters on both sides is known as a reciprocity relation. In this talk, I will discuss a reciprocity formula for the first moment of GL(2) L-functions twisted by Dirichlet characters.
